"This is a customer service review great amazing people they go above and beyond CONS:Terrible rates they are not consistent rates they will fluctuate it's annoying there are no perks for being a longstanding customer one month your bill is 172 then 250 then 272 it doesn't make sense I had no problems with my last car under them until I traded my car in and got a new used vehicle downhill ever since with state farm I'd suggest you use a private road side service because theirs are not fast at all so stick with AAA"
